Michael A. Goldstein represented a client charged with the possession of more than 50 pounds of marijuana and the cultivation of more than 850 plants. The client was also charged with the theft of more than $39,000 of power from DWP. Michael negotiated a plea to a less serious charge that will ultimately be reduced to a misdemeanor. The cultivation and possession for sale charges were dismissed. The client was sentenced to 60 days of cal trans and no jail.
