James Goldstein formed the Goldstein Law Offices in 1974 and in 1996, was joined by his son, Michael. Michael and James have an extremely close working relationship and often utilize their respective strengths to negotiate plea deals or mount an aggressive defense at trial. Our office handles criminal matters ranging from DUI’s to Murders. Our attorneys have litigated in excess of 125 murder cases, including gang related murders, murder for hire situations and vehicular manslaughter offenses. In a recent death penalty trial, James Goldstein convinced the jury to spare his client's life.  In that same case, the co-defendant was sentenced to death.
