Kings Coach Charged with Sexual Abuse
Recently, Los Angeles Kings assistant coach Mark Hardy was charged with a sex crime. The NHL coach was charged with sexual abuse after he allegedly inappropriately touched a woman while she was in her bed in a hotel room.
The incident took place in Washington D.C. last week Friday. After the girl was fondled by Hardy, she called police who arrived at the hotel shortly after the incident was reported. The girl told police that she, Hardy and several others had been drinking at a local bar and that they were all very intoxicated.
After having drinks, Hardy offered to walk the girl back to her hotel room. She went to her bathroom to change into her pajamas and then fell asleep. She then awoke to find Hardy was inappropriately touching her and ran from her hotel room to call for help at the front desk. Police arrived at the hotel shortly after her call was placed.
